About the Role:

Inspire Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join their team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Training: Assist with the technical training of outside engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  2. Field-Based Work: Conduct field-based work across the UK, providing technical support and assistance to customers with breakdowns and scheduled maintenance.
  3. Equipment Preparation: Prepare, service, and repair used machines for sale, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  4. Workshop-Based Work: Perform workshop-based work, including the servicing and repair of customers' machines.

Requirements:

  1. Multi-Skilled: Demonstrate core skills in Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electric repair, fault finding, and installation.
  2. Industrial Knowledge: Possess a good knowledge of modern industrial diesel engines, DPF, and ECU.
  3. IT Skills: Have good knowledge of IT systems and software.
  4. Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work alone and as part of a small team, with excellent customer service skills.
  5. Driving License: Hold a full clean driving license.

Benefits:

This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday, and the role offers a stable and secure career path.
