Job Title: Male Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Male Support Worker to join our team in Glasgow. As a Male Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with autism and challenging behavior to live a fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered support to enable the individual to make their own choices and live independently
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Support the individual to engage in activities they enjoy, such as walking and socializing
  • Ensure the individual's safety and security at all times
Requirements:
  • UK driving license
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and challenging behavior
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable and honest with a strong commitment to building trust
