Job Title: Male Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Male Support Worker to join our team in Glasgow. As a Male Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with autism and challenging behavior to live a fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Assist with community activities, including walks and outings
  • Support the individual to make healthy meal choices and engage in physical activity
  • Ensure the individual's safety and security overnight
Requirements:
  • UK driving license
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and challenging behavior
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
