About the Role

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Support Practitioner to join our Broomfield Crescent service. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and financial support.
  • Provide emotional and social support to individuals, promoting their independence and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Empathetic and caring nature, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • IT literacy and ability to use digital tools.
