Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Fenwick. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in driving the success of your team and contributing to the overall growth and development of our business.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set goals, objectives, and performance metrics for the team.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a department store environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
