**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Team Leader to join our dynamic team at The Sterling Choice. As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes to meet business goals and production schedules. You will ensure a safe working environment for all employees and develop and train a well-balanced, multiskilled team.
**Key Responsibilities:**

* Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency and product quality.
* Achieve business KPIs focused on yield, labour, and line efficiencies.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing small teams.
* Experience in the FMCG food industry is preferred.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
* Experience in an ambient/chilled supply environment is advantageous.
