Job Summary

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join our Via Kingston Service as a Team Leader. As part of our leadership team, you will support the Service Manager in ensuring the delivery of excellent services.

We are looking for a person who will:

  • lead and coordinate a team of recovery practitioners, working in partnership with other stakeholders to co-lead the development and maintenance of high-quality service provision.
  • take a lead in specific designated areas of the service, including deputising for other managers when required.

This role promises to offer new challenges and opportunities within a supportive local and national context. As part of our Via contract in the London Borough of Kingston, you will be part of introducing our unique and award-winning innovations as we implement and develop our provision.

The Service

Our Adult Drug and Alcohol Services in the London Borough of Kingston Upon Thames transferred to a full contract to Via on 1st April 2024. Based at the Surbiton Health Centre and operating at locations across the borough, the service is high-performing, ambitious, and extremely well-regarded by stakeholders and the local community.

The Team Leader role is part of our service structure and provides a great opportunity to build on existing service strengths, drive new developments, and make a positive impact as part of this new contract.
