About the Role

Fenwick is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Advisors and providing exceptional customer service.

You will be the driving force behind the success of your team, working closely with your Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for Sales Advisors
  • Monitor and control stock levels and merchandise displays
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive working environment
