About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our engineers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take calls from engineers with updates on jobs and provide accurate information.
  • Re-book jobs when the engineer is unable to complete the work and allocate work to other engineers when necessary.
  • Update various systems with job completion details and gather information from other teams to close jobs.
  • Assist engineers and customers with queries and provide general administrative support.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident computer user with experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous customer service experience in retail or a call centre.
  • Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Natural problem-solving skills and a commitment to hard work.
