Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including desktop operating systems, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.
  • Administer and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Configure and manage email security solutions, including Mimecast, Symantec, and Microsoft Defender.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our clients' IT systems.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT support, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent technical skills, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and network administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • UK driving license and local residence to Bedford.
