TACT is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end IT software projects, working closely with clients, and managing a team of project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Collaborate with software development teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Implement and manage risk management strategies, including RAG (Red, Amber, Green) assessments and mitigation plans.
- Ensure effective budget and financial management, including cost control and forecasting.
Requirements
- Prince2 qualified or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Experience working in a regulated environment (desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
