Billing Specialist Opportunity

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join their team in a 6 months plus contract. This role will focus on working across all ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate all invoicing across the group
  • Correct complex invoices using multiple systems
  • Maintain and update customer information across multiple internal systems
  • Ensure accuracy of billing data
  • Monitor and maintain the billing case queue on a daily basis
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and other departments
  • Assist with monthly bill runs

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of billing or accounts receivable experience
  • Knowledge of Excel skills and ability to work with a finance database system
