Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at Bread Ahead. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and hygiene in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the standards of quality, food safety, and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Familiarize yourself with the principles of HACCP and implement them in your work.
  • Organize and run an efficient breakfast service for covers with support.
  • Communicate ordering, shortages, and manage stock and prep for the breakfast section.
  • Work a shift time of 6am-3pm, 5 days a week, including weekends, with overtime available per business levels.

Requirements:

  • Professional culinary qualification is essential.
  • 1 year experience in a similar establishment is required.
  • Familiarity with the principles of HACCP is necessary.
  • Oral and written fluency in English is required.
  • Right to work in the UK is essential.
