Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Expert to join our team as a Breakfast Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes, including pastries, sandwiches, and hot meals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes, ensuring that they are in line with our brand values and standards.

Requirements

  • Professional culinary qualification, such as a City & Guilds or NVQ in culinary arts.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar establishment, preferably in a bakery or café.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and adaptability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Oral and written fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Confidence in multitasking and following instructions, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A passion for creativity and development, with a desire to learn and grow with our company.
