About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team
- Drive sales growth and improve store profitability through effective inventory management and visual merchandising
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies and action plans
- Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
