About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional store standards and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Support the implementation of store operations and processes to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and address areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business results
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address areas for improvement
