This full-time position offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work three days remotely and two days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare essential training materials and ensure all resources are available for trainers and participants.
- Create and maintain updates on the intranet and firm-wide communications regarding learning initiatives.
- Oversee the accuracy and currency of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage administrative tasks related to the company’s apprenticeship program.
- Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms, equipment, and refreshments as needed.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess prior administrative experience, preferably within an L&D context. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills, reliability, and a keen attention to detail. A positive attitude and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position is competitive, with a maximum of £27,000, based on experience. Additional benefits include:
