About the DivisionTHG Media is responsible for creating content that grows audiences and then monetizing these eyeballs and communities through advertisement. The brands within this division produce content across a number of verticals (News, Classifieds, Beauty, Fitness, Film & TV) and connects the right advertisers to a connected user base.
Job SummaryWe're seeking a Senior Alliances Account Director to play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and fostering long-lasting relationships with key alliances, including Technology Businesses and Agencies. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive alliance strategies that align with our company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop strategic alliances with complementary companies that can enhance our market position and drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate and manage alliance agreements, ensuring that they are mutually beneficial and align with our company's goals.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement programs, and product integrations.
- Measure and analyse the performance of alliance partnerships, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimising results.
- Foster strong relationships with key executives and decision-makers at alliance partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, alliances management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Deep understanding of the technology industry and market trends.
