Our client is a prominent, independent Sales and Lettings Agency seeking to expand their professional team. They are currently looking for a Lettings Valuer / Lister to join their dynamic office.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this position, candidates must possess a proven track record and substantial experience in residential lettings, along with the ability to attract and secure business from both landlords and prospective tenants.

Prior experience in residential lettings is crucial, as is the capability to seamlessly transition into a role focused on winning instructions.
