As a Personal Assistant to the Director of Acute Services, you will play a vital role in supporting the Director in their role, providing high-level administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the Director's office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated and professional administrative support to the Director, including diary management, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Assist the Director in preparing for meetings, presentations, and other events, including researching and gathering information, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior staff, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage complex and confidential information, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with organizational policies, procedures, and initiatives, applying this knowledge to support the Director's role.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven administrative experience, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
