We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Workers to join our team at CareKW. As a leading healthcare provider in Southern Ontario, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that allows our staff to grow and thrive.

About the Role

As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, hygiene, and grooming, as well as supporting clients with daily living activities.

Requirements
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate (Required)
  • Valid work/study permit (if applicable)
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Up-to-date Immunization Records (MMR, TDAP, Varicella, Hep B)
  • Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) considered an asset
  • Non-Violence Crisis Intervention (NVCI) considered an asset
  • Ability to follow client care plan
