About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Systems Administrator to join our team at smartDCS Group. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, providing front-line user support, and contributing to various initiatives to improve our offerings and adapt to business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain computer systems and applications to ensure system integrity and business efficiency
  • Provide technical support for internal tools and technologies, including hardware and software installations, upgrades, and configurations
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues
  • Collaborate with the Operations team on the development and enhancement of existing and new systems and infrastructure
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation efforts, and other initiatives to support staff
Requirements
  • Experience in a MAC Systems Administrator role and administering MAC OS environments
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
