Commercial Manager

Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join their team. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market success for their brands.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative commercial strategies, fostering strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and providing informed insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing brand strategies to drive revenue growth and market success.
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Providing market analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Working collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure an impactful market presence.
  • Delivering innovation plans to drive business growth and success.
  • Supporting the management team in defining budgets, targets, and growth-driven strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in the grocery retail channel. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, able to demonstrate delivering multi-million-pound results. Strong business acumen, data analysis skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders are essential.
