Sales Director

About the Role:
- Direct line management of a high-performing sales team
- Training and developing team members to achieve sales targets
- Conducting regular reviews and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and conversion rates
- Managing departmental budgets and developing targeted sales campaigns
- Collaborating with internal departments to achieve business objectives
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have proven team management experience, ideally in a similar industry, and a strong understanding of the events & exhibitions sector. You will be able to motivate and lead a team by example, with excellent commercial acumen and a passion for driving business growth.
