Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales and account management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and development, and ensuring the continued success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Direct line management of the sales team
- Training and developing team members to achieve their full potential
- Conducting regular reviews to monitor progress and set goals
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and conversion rates
- Managing targets and departmental budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
- Collaborating with internal departments to achieve business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will have proven team management experience, ideally within a similar industry. A strong understanding of the events and exhibitions sector is highly desirable, as is the ability to motivate and lead a team by example. You will also have excellent commercial acumen and the ability to develop targeted sales campaigns.
