Sales Director

Live Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales & account management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and development, implementing sales strategies, and maximizing revenue and conversion rates.
About the Role:
- Direct line management and training of team members
- Conducting weekly and monthly reviews to ensure team performance and progress
- Planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Managing targets and departmental budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Developing targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have proven team management experience, ideally within a similar industry. A strong understanding of the events & exhibitions industry is highly desirable, along with excellent commercial acumen and the ability to motivate and lead a team by example.
