Job Summary:

Morgan Law is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an Interim HR Advisor. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide generalist HR support, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct employee investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Manage HR metrics and reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational change initiatives.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a large public sector setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
