Churchill Estates Management is a recognized and growing property management firm, seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our dedicated team in Ringwood. This role involves collaborating with our field managers on a variety of HR-related initiatives to advance our people strategy.
Role Overview
As the HR Business Partner, you will deliver effective and efficient HR support to our stakeholders by collaborating with leadership and advising on all HR matters to drive organizational success.
While primarily office-based in Ringwood, some travel will be necessary.
Main Responsibilities
Designing and executing a people strategy that aligns with business growth and HR goalsAdvising our Senior Leadership team and Managers on all aspects of employee-related issuesOffering expert guidance in HR policies, best practices, and proceduresEvaluating the capabilities of our People Managers and partnering with our Training Academy to enhance their performanceServing as a coach and mentor to our Senior Leadership team and Managers to ensure our colleagues feel valued and supportedProviding expert advice on employment law, considering relevant precedentsLeveraging HR data and analytics to inform people-related initiatives and facilitate business discussionsMonitoring salary benchmarks and employee benefitsPromoting continuous improvement in our HR processes.

Candidate Profile
Our ideal HR Business Partner will be a driven individual with a passion for all aspects of 'people' and an understanding of how HR can significantly contribute to a forward-thinking commercial organization.
You will recognize the importance of building and nurturing relationships and thrive in a people-centric environment with strong values and a positive workplace culture.
Flexibility to support a multi-location workforce and willingness to travel is essential.
We seek someone who is forward-thinking and capable of translating their business knowledge into effective, practical solutions that enhance workplace culture and boost employee engagement.
A qualified member of CIPD or equivalent, you will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and experience in all HR aspects, with a track record of delivering proactive solutions, ideally in a dynamic environment.
Above all, you will be passionate about your work, pragmatic, and able to tailor your approach to meet the needs of your audience and the organization.
