Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Finlink Ltd. As a Financial Services Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our Bracknell office and other locations, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial advisory business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our Bracknell office and other locations
  • Deal with all incoming post, scanning and distributing to the correct teams
  • Request, chase and monitor important financial details for our advisers
  • Prepare information packs for client meetings
  • Deal with clients and assist with local marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a similar role
