Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive suitability reports and letters to meet tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all client work is compliant with regulatory requirements and supported by relevant documentation.
  • Conduct thorough research to inform client recommendations, analyzing data and market trends to provide informed advice.
  • Perform tax planning analysis and produce cashflow modeling to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial positions through independent financial adviser (IFA) fact-finds, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with financial advisers to discuss client objectives, gathering necessary information to prepare suitability checks and ensure seamless client service.
  • Investigate and respond to client queries in a timely and accurate manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct annual reviews in line with service level agreements, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Level 4 Diploma qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client experiences.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring compliance and quality in all aspects of the role.
