Resource Matters Ltd is seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our team in a dynamic and growing financial services environment. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisers in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive suitability reports and letters to meet tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure all client work is compliant with regulatory requirements and supported by relevant documentation.
- Conduct thorough research to inform client recommendations, analyzing data and market trends to provide informed advice.
- Perform tax planning analysis and produce cashflow modeling to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial positions through independent financial adviser (IFA) fact-finds, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with financial advisers to discuss client objectives, gathering necessary information to prepare suitability checks and ensure seamless client service.
- Investigate and respond to client queries in a timely and accurate manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct annual reviews in line with service level agreements, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Level 4 Diploma qualification in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client experiences.
