Position Overview:
Capita is on the lookout for a skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant to become a vital part of our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, and optimizing the utilization of software products and services for our organization and/or end clients. You will also offer technical support and troubleshooting, collaborating with a team to enhance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform gap analysis between documented workflows and the existing Salesforce Org.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to ensure requirements are ready for design.
  • Engage with designers to confirm that designs align with business needs.
  • Create user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate presentations to stakeholders.
  • Document workflows and processes.
  • Conduct declarative development activities.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce consultant with a strong background in functional design, business analysis, and gap analysis.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Salesforce certification is required.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in large-scale program implementations.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Adept at interviewing clients and documenting requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Decisive and clear in decision-making.
  • Ability to oversee the work of other consultants.
