Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ETD and OTC projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including tracking action items, issues, and risk, and facilitating project team meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute deliverables, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Provide strategic input into the development of new technology solutions and improvements for business needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in project management or a related field.
  • Experience in brokerage/banking operations/reconciliation processes preferred.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project planning, execution, and control to ensure initiatives are completed on time.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and issues that may arise during implementation.
