We're seeking a skilled Driver Excellence Adviser to support our drivers by delivering exceptional service, knowledge, and passion. As a key member of our team, you'll take full accountability for your work and strive to exceed KPIs and SLAs through inbound and outbound interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of interactions, proactively chasing responses internally and externally to complete tasks.
- Respond to interactions articulately and professionally, providing all necessary information first time.
- Put yourself in the driver's shoes to understand their needs and deliver difficult messages effectively.
- Manage internal and external systems, keeping information accurate and up-to-date.
