Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trading Standards Officer to join our team at Stirling Council. As a Trading Standards Officer, you will play a critical role in enforcing consumer protection and fair trading legislation, providing advice and guidance to businesses and consumers, and supporting the delivery of the Regulatory Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce consumer protection and fair trading legislation
  • Provide advice and guidance to businesses and consumers
  • Support the delivery of the Regulatory Service
  • Contribute to the effective delivery of the Regulatory Service to deliver positive outcomes for our local communities

Requirements:
