About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Medical Inpatient Physiotherapy team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with a range of conditions, including acute respiratory needs and complex medical conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Supervise and support junior staff, including Band 5 therapists and support workers.
  • Deputise for Band 7s as required.
  • Work flexibly, including late shifts, weekend and out-of-hours rotas.

Requirements
  • BSc honours degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
  • State registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Postgraduate training relevant to the area.
  • Experience of working in an acute inpatient setting.
