Job Title: Physiotherapist - Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Community Stroke Team as a Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team, providing specialist rehabilitation services to stroke patients in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist physiotherapy services to stroke patients in the community, including assessment, treatment, and management of complex cases.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
  • Lead and support staff in the delivery of specialist stroke rehabilitation services, ensuring high-quality care and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies, ensuring best practice in stroke rehabilitation.
Requirements:
  • Recognized Physiotherapy Degree Qualification
  • Health Professions Council Licence to Practice
  • Post-registration course or relevant experience in Stroke/Neuro rehabilitation
Desirable:
  • Educated to Masters level in Physiotherapy
  • Clinical Educator
  • Teaching/assessing qualification
  • Management qualification
