We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Community Stroke Team as a Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team, providing specialist rehabilitation services to stroke patients in the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialist physiotherapy services to stroke patients in the community, including assessment, treatment, and management of complex cases.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Lead and support staff in the delivery of specialist stroke rehabilitation services, ensuring high-quality care and excellent patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies, ensuring best practice in stroke rehabilitation.
- Recognized Physiotherapy Degree Qualification
- Health Professions Council Licence to Practice
- Post-registration course or relevant experience in Stroke/Neuro rehabilitation
- Educated to Masters level in Physiotherapy
- Clinical Educator
- Teaching/assessing qualification
- Management qualification
