Project Manager for Women on the Front Line

The Church of England is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the Women on the Front Line programme. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in promoting reconciliation and empowering women in conflict-affected areas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan to achieve the programme's objectives, including managing relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and funding bodies.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with the programme's working group, Anglican Communion partnerships, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the programme's budget, finances, and administrative tasks, including preparing funding applications and reports.
- Coordinate international retreats, including visa applications, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with volunteer committee leaders and other stakeholders.
- Produce regular reports and updates for senior managers, trusts, and funding bodies.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar field.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A competitive salary of £15,000 per annum, plus age-related pension contributions.
- 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days within 5 years, plus three additional days.
- Flexible working hours and location, with an expectation of just 1-2 days per week in our office in Westminster.
