Programme Manager for Women's Empowerment

The Church of England is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the Women on the Front Line programme. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in promoting reconciliation and empowering women in conflict-affected areas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan to achieve the programme's objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Archbishop of Canterbury, programme partners, and funding bodies
- Manage the programme's budget and finances, ensuring effective use of resources
- Coordinate the development of programme materials, including reports, newsletters, and other communications
- Provide administrative support for programme events and retreats
- Collaborate with the programme's working group and contractors to deliver projects on schedule and budget
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a non-profit or charitable organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Knowledge of the Church of England and its mission, or a strong understanding of the importance of reconciliation and women's empowerment
