About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our Women on the Front Line program. This program is a key initiative of the Archbishop of Canterbury's Reconciliation Team, focusing on supporting women in provinces across the Anglican Communion in places of conflict or post-conflict.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key relationships between Mrs Caroline Welby, the figurehead of the program, and stakeholders including the program's working group, contractors, Anglican Communion partnerships, and funding bodies.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy for the program, including producing a bi-annual newsletter and managing translation of key documents.
  • Oversee the management of web developers, toolkit designers, and other contractors to deliver projects on schedule and budget.
  • Provide administrative support for international retreats, including visa application processes, travel arrangements, and accommodation planning.
  • Maintain positive relationships with volunteer committee leaders and ensure diary commitments are upheld.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced project manager who can lead our Women on the Front Line program. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as experience in managing projects and teams.

What We Offer
  • A salary of £15,000 per annum, plus age-related pension contributions.
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days within 5 years.
  • Flexible working hours and location, with an expectation of just 1-2 days per week in our office in Westminster.
