Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our 'fulfil from store' delivery service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Stock Management
    • Pick stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfilment.
    • Pack stock carefully to send out to our customers.
  • Brand Ambassador
    • Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador, promoting our products and services to customers.
