About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent Sales Associate to join our team at Cathedral Appointments | South West Recruitment. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in the sales funnel by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to generate sales opportunities for our Commercial Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth technology company based in the South West region, offering a competitive salary, bonus scheme, and hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and engage with UK and European fleet and technology prospects to arrange meetings for our Sales Team to demonstrate technology.
  • Make 30+ outbound calls daily, scheduling at least twelve qualified meetings per month, working to achieve defined KPI's focusing on 'Meetings Booked & Attended' target.
  • Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and other means to arrange meetings.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Fluency in spoken and written German, French, or Spanish Language.
  • Demonstrable success in developing strategies for prospecting, negotiating, and converting opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using computer and IT tools, including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in utilising CRM and sales tools; have an understanding of UK and EU sales regulations, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
