About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Capital Projects Manager to join our team at Executive Network Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and supporting high-value capital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement capital projects, including risk assessments, permits for work, and contractor management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that improve plant KPIs (OEE) and drive business growth.
  • Write specifications, scopes of work, and prepare RFQs to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
  • Lead and support projects to improve plant functionality and reduce costs.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies, procedures, and targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering high-value capital projects (over £1mil) to agreed specifications, on time, and to budget.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in high-volume manufacturing or capital-intensive engineering environments.
  • Degree/HNC in an engineering discipline, with project management qualifications.
  • Knowledge of production machinery, plant installation, and building facilities, ideally gained in heavy industry or manufacturing environments.
