About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Manager to join our Enfield Mental Health Integrated Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational functioning and target performance of the Enfield Integrated VCS Team based at Enfield Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)
  • Management of Team Manager of five integrated Hestia's Community Engagement and Peer Support teams (10 staff)
  • Leadership of the running and strategic development of the service under the direction of the Area Manager and Director of Complex Needs
  • Ensuring the achievement of agreed standards of service delivery in line with clients' needs and aspirations as well as compliance with relevant legislation, external governance, contract requirements and Hestia/BEHMHT policies and procedures
  • Development of joint working and monitoring protocols with key stakeholders and partners for the Enfield VCS Service

Requirements:

  • Higher education or minimum 4 years work experience in health and social care or voluntary sector (essential)
  • Experience of managing people (essential) and teams (desirable)
  • Experience of supporting service users or team/staff who work with people affected by mental health problems (desirable) or other vulnerability (essential)
