About the Role: Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Lead Environmental Advisor to enhance our team of specialists in environmental consultancy.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a BSc or MSc in relevant fields such as Geography, Environmental Science, or Environmental Management. Experience in a UK-based consultancy role as an Environmental Consultant or Advisor is essential, particularly in the preparation and coordination of Environmental Statements and Environmental Impact Assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate Environmental Impact Assessments.
- Develop Environmental Statements and Mitigation strategies.
- Prepare Site-Specific Surface Water Management Plans.
- Formulate Environmental Management Plans.
- Manage EIA projects, ensuring effective tracking of project development.
- Conduct Site Surveys across various locations.
- Engage in regular consultations with clients to discuss project progress.
