Our Approach

The Role
We're seeking an exceptional Early Years Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our nursery team, you'll be responsible for leading your room team to plan, organize, and execute activities that meet the unique needs of each child. You'll work closely with your team to observe, assess, and record children's progress, setting goals and celebrating their achievements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your room team to deliver high-quality early years education, aligning with the EYFS and Kido curriculum.
- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.

- Communicate effectively with parents, children, and colleagues to deliver exceptional experiences.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of up to £31,000 for full-time, 40-hour weeks.
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service.

Requirements
- A relevant childcare qualification, level 3 minimum.
