Early Years Room Leader

Kido is a pioneering childcare provider that combines innovative approaches to create a unique learning environment. We're seeking an experienced Early Years Room Leader to join our team and lead our nursery in delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of educators to plan, organize, and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the Kido curriculum.
- Take ownership of your room, driving the growth, development, and progress of your team.
- Ensure the unique needs of each child are met, and their progress and achievements are assessed and recorded.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing environment that caters to individual needs, acknowledging diversity and promoting inclusivity.
Requirements:
- Relevant childcare qualification, level 3 minimum.
- Experience as a Level 3 Educator and/or Room Leader/Deputy Room Leader.
- Right to work in the UK.
