About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the University of Oxford's Student Fees and Funding team as a Student Funding Officer responsible for the Clarendon Fund. As a key member of the scholarships team, you will be responsible for managing the award process for new scholars, coordinating with colleges, academic departments, and divisions, and supporting the scholars themselves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Clarendon Fund award process, including budgeting and coordination
  • Work with a wide range of partners, including colleges, academic departments, and divisions
  • Support scholars through various means, including producing content for the Fund's website and organizing events
  • Line manage one colleague who works full-time on Clarendon
About You

We are looking for a creative, well-organized, and proactive individual who can establish good working relationships with our partners and scholars. You will draw on your numeracy and IT skills to improve the administration of the Scholarships and enable the Clarendon Fund to make a positive difference to our students' lives.
