**Job Summary**

The Senior Wellbeing Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive welfare and wellbeing support services to students on a range of issues. The post holder will be familiar with the university's support services and offer relevant signposting and follow-up support.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a full case load of student wellbeing cases
  • Support and liaise with Junior and Middle Common Room representatives
  • Work closely with the porters and Junior Deans to ensure seamless support services
  • Develop and implement wellbeing interventions and activities
  • Provide triage and signposting services to students in need of mental health support

**Working Arrangements**

The post-holder will be expected to work a standard 35-hour week, with some flexibility required to accommodate particular responsibilities. This may include occasional evening and weekend working.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, with a comprehensive benefits package offered by St John's College University of Oxford.
