Senior Wellbeing Officer

The Senior Wellbeing Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive wellbeing support services to students, addressing a range of issues. The post holder will be familiar with the Central University Support Services and offer relevant signposting and follow-up support. This role will involve managing a full case load, supporting and liaising with Junior and Middle Common Room representatives, and working closely with the porters and Junior Deans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing wellbeing interventions and activities
- Triage and signposting students to relevant support services
- Managing a full case load of student wellbeing cases
- Liaising with Junior and Middle Common Room representatives
- Working closely with the porters and Junior Deans
Requirements:
- Experience in wellbeing support or a related field
- Knowledge of Central University Support Services
- Ability to manage a full case load and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings and occasional weekend working
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
- Hours of work: 35 hours per week, normal office hours 8.30am – 4.30pm with an hour for lunch
- Some flexibility required according to particular responsibilities
