Case Support Administrator Job Opportunity

Top Job Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Support Administrator to join their team in Colchester, Essex.

Job Role and Responsibilities
  • Set up new applications across the business, ensuring seamless coordination with field agents, photographers, and contractors.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to arrange property viewings and valuations, maintaining excellent communication skills.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and values, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Compile and maintain accurate records, utilizing strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with local estate agents to value properties, arranging viewings and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Produce high-quality marketing reports, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Arrange EPCs and raise invoices on internal systems, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks.
  • Write valuation reports for probate purposes, showcasing expertise in case management.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks, providing support to the team as needed.
Requirements and Skills
  • Strong administration skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and file notes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong telephone manner.
  • Able to work independently, using initiative to drive tasks forward.
  • Adaptable and team-oriented, with a willingness to support colleagues as needed.
  • Diligent and resilient, with a strong work ethic.
